We are always on the lookout for individuals with initiative, leadership skills, team spirit, and dedication. Entrepreneurial spirit is particularly valued, which is why we consider founding a start-up during your studies or a comparable endeavor as valuable experience.
In addition to a completed degree in business, a related field, or a STEM discipline, you should demonstrate a strong interest in and enthusiasm for strategy consulting, backed by relevant practical experience (e.g., internships) with consulting firms or industry/service companies within one of our core sectors.

The minimum duration for an internship is 12 weeks. During this time, you will be an active team member working on a project. Of course, you can also qualify for a full-time position during your internship.

We require your complete CV and relevant references for positions, internships, high school completion, and university degrees. A cover letter is not necessary.

Once you’ve submitted your documents, our recruiting team carefully reviews every application. We typically get back to you within a few days.

If you want to join us full-time, you will go through three interview sessions, including case studies, where we focus on assessing your personal fit as well as your analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
If the morning interviews are successful, a partner interview will take place promptly afterward to complete your interview day. You’ll receive our final feedback shortly after – directly from one of your interviewers.
For interns, we conduct a one-step interview process in which we get to know more about you, your motivation, and your reasons for pursuing an internship at Eraneos Strategy. Additionally, you’ll get the chance to demonstrate your potential as a strategy consultant through an engaging case study and a PowerPoint test on a computer.

As an intern, you’ll be assigned a mentor from the beginning. This mentor will always be available for any questions, observe your development, and provide you with regular, structured feedback.

Eraneos Strategy employees don’t just gain new experiences during our projects – we also place great emphasis on training and internal development. We challenge and support our team members with regular training programs, seminars, and coaching sessions. Additionally, an experienced mentor will guide and support your personal and professional development.

It’s important to us that you acquire knowledge in Eraneos Strategy’s core sectors and gain experience on various projects before focusing on specific industries and topics. For this reason, every new hire starts as a generalist. Of course, whenever possible, we take your personal preferences into account.
